If you are a signatory on any thing legal, especially something high profile such as accounts of a political party, it would be wise to know what’s in there before you sign to say they’re correct.
Ignorance is no defence for her in this regard.
Coupled with her attempts to discourage proper examination of said accounts, the optics are pretty poor to say the least.

Thanks to legislation introduced by a previous SNP government the victims of crime have a statutory right (under the Victims and Witnesses (Scotland) Act 2014) to ask the Crown to review a decision it has taken not to prosecute…..2/2

Unless they have some radical battery/motor layout and change convention with everyone else drastically, this was not an engineering choice.
