@NYGseason He was the safe pick. Doesn't ruffle any feathers the way Milton, Fields, Garrapolo, or Jones would've. And if the Giants are able to turn him into a viable QB, keep him as a competent backup to Dart or trade him for a higher draft pick. If not, oh well.

@GaryMyersNY @Espngreeny @GetUpESPN @Giants Don't trade assets for a middling QB. That would be crazy. Ride it out with Winston and grab someone not current playing i.e. Garrapolo, or on a practice squad i.e. Milton. Prepare the pickup to ready to go if Winston flops.
