My trip to Belize this time was different. I met Attallah Shabazz at Inaugural Business Roundtable. Being the Ambassador to Belize and Malcolm X’s daughter she was there to protect Belize while tying in her father’s 100th birthday. She explained her Global Village Concept.

25 years ago I was on was selected to write the curriculum, African American History for Miami-Dade County Public Schools. Then, in 1997, I was one of thirty chosen to write the curriculum for the country. We were sent to DC. It was one of the most amazing experiences.
