I calculated how the market share (no. of customers) of a consumer law /#A2J product might be calculated. I used tenancy disputes in Aus as an example, but the methods and assumptions have wider application for both for-profit and NFP organisations:

@anthonyncutler Thanks Anthony. Yeah it would vary depending on dispute value and complexity. On the lookout for any numbers to get a feel for method. I’ve been considering it recently in the context of high volume residential tenancy disputes.

Are there tools which allow group video chats with multiple conversations / streams going at once? Something that replicates a party or pub, where everyone is in a room together and can see each other, but you can have private conversations on the side.
