@BenBikmanPhD My view is the deep fryer makes it a poison. If I have a bit from a mayo or sauce no issues. Get any from something deep fried, even just a garnish, instant reaction, pimples all over my thighs.

@CaryKelly11 Mine starts as jelly, then I reduce it further to very firm. Set and freeze in ice cube try. 3-4 cubes with splash of cream gives me a fast Cary gravy.
