One of the most heart wrenching videos of a sick Muslim man whipping a small helpless child tied to a pole and no one stops it. Other children are tied to a pole in the background waiting their turn.

This isn’t a 𝗳𝗶𝗹𝗺 𝘀𝗰𝗿𝗶𝗽𝘁.
This isn’t 𝗳𝗶𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻.
This is the real story of 𝗦𝗲𝗲𝗺𝗮 𝗗𝗵𝗮𝗸𝗮, a police constable from Delhi who showed the world what happens when your work is not just a duty, but your calling.
In 2020, Seema Dhaka was posted at Samaypur Badli Police Station, one of many Delhi stations grappling with 𝗵𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗿𝗲𝗱𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝗺𝗶𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗰𝗵𝗶𝗹𝗱𝗿𝗲𝗻 𝗰𝗮𝘀𝗲𝘀.
Many of these cases were years old, some dating back 𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝗻 𝘀𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗻 𝘆𝗲𝗮𝗿𝘀, and had long been considered closed.
But Seema didn’t see them as closed.
She began 𝗿𝗲𝗼𝗽𝗲𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 those case files, 𝗽𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹𝗹𝘆 𝗰𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴 complainants and 𝘃𝗶𝘀𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗶𝗿 𝗵𝗼𝗺𝗲𝘀 to gather fresh details.
Seema said the first mother she met 𝗳𝗲𝗹𝗹 𝗮𝘁 𝗵𝗲𝗿 𝗳𝗲𝗲𝘁 and 𝘄𝗲𝗽𝘁 𝗶𝗻𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗼𝗹𝗮𝗯𝗹𝘆, as the police were finally showing interest in tracing her daughter.
𝗧𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘄𝗮𝘀 𝘄𝗵𝗲𝗻 𝗦𝗲𝗲𝗺𝗮 𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘇𝗲𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗶𝗺𝗽𝗮𝗰𝘁 𝗼𝗳 𝗵𝗲𝗿 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸.
She started working around the clock, 𝗼𝗳𝘁𝗲𝗻 𝘁𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝟯 𝗔𝗠, pushing past 𝗳𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗴𝘂𝗲 and 𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝘁𝗮𝗽𝗲 to trace even the faintest of clues.
And within just three months, 𝗦𝗲𝗲𝗺𝗮 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗰𝘂𝗲𝗱 𝟳𝟲 𝗺𝗶𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗰𝗵𝗶𝗹𝗱𝗿𝗲𝗻, some trafficked across states like West Bengal and Punjab.
Many of these children had faced 𝘂𝗻𝗶𝗺𝗮𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗮𝗯𝘂𝘀𝗲, 𝗲𝘅𝗽𝗹𝗼𝗶𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻, and even 𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗰𝗲𝗱 𝗺𝗮𝗿𝗿𝗶𝗮𝗴𝗲𝘀.
Her extraordinary efforts shook the system, and earned her a rare out-of-turn promotion.
She became the 𝗳𝗶𝗿𝘀𝘁 𝗗𝗲𝗹𝗵𝗶 𝗣𝗼𝗹𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲 to be promoted to 𝗔𝘀𝘀𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗻𝘁 𝗦𝘂𝗯-𝗜𝗻𝘀𝗽𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗼𝗿 (𝗔𝗦𝗜) under a new incentive scheme an honor that usually takes 𝘆𝗲𝗮𝗿𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝘀𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗰𝗲 and 𝗺𝘂𝗹𝘁𝗶𝗽𝗹𝗲 𝗲𝘅𝗮𝗺𝘀.
But for Seema, the promotion was never her motivation.
For her, this wasn’t just a job. It was her mission. Her calling.
And 𝘄𝗵𝗲𝗻 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸 𝗯𝗲𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗲𝘀 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗰𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴, the results speak for themselves.

As Acharya Prashant often says:
“Work is the most important part of your life. Never choose it for 𝘀𝗮𝗹𝗮𝗿𝘆, 𝗽𝗼𝘀𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻, 𝗼𝗿 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆.
Choose the one that is your calling, not just a job.”
And when you do that, 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗱𝗼𝗻’𝘁 𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗻 𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘇𝗲 𝗵𝗼𝘄 𝗳𝗮𝗿 𝘆𝗼𝘂’𝘃𝗲 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗲, because the journey itself becomes the reward.

THE FIVE MINUTE RULE - SUSPENSION OF BELIEFS
In today’s Gita session, Acharya Ji said something that hit me deeply. He said—“Just for five minutes, keep your beliefs and desires aside.”
Not forever, not for life… just five minutes. Sounds too simple, right? But that’s the beauty of it.
Think of it like this: you’ve been carrying a heavy backpack all day. If someone says, “Never carry it again,” the mind panics.
But if they say, “Just put it down for five minutes,” you’ll happily do it. And in those five minutes, you suddenly feel light, free, almost weightless.
That’s exactly what happens when we suspend our desires and opinions. For a brief moment, the noise inside goes silent. And once you taste that freedom, you don’t want to go back to the burden.
It’s not about forcing yourself to drop everything at once. It’s just a small experiment: for five minutes, don’t hold on to any identity, any judgment, any chase. Just pause… and be.
Who knows? Those five minutes might be the doorway to an entirely new way of living.

I don't eat cows, pigs or chickens for the same reason you don't eat dogs - they're not food. ❌
The ONLY difference is the way you perceive them. See them as individuals, not products. #GoVegan
