Tokens are not a proxy for revenue nor value created and the OpenAI models are on the very frontier of token efficiency. Smaller or less strong models require many more tokens to achieve a task and therefore will inflate traffic share significantly.

As an Indian, I feel that we have added one more trophy to our list, but honestly, this trophy is not giving me even 1% of the satisfaction and happiness that previous WCs or CTs gave me.

This tournament started very well with competitive pitches, but after we lost vs SA, all the pitches seemed to be doctored and turned into highways. If we are hosting a bilateral series, then the home team has every right to prepare whatever pitches they want, but this is an ICC tournament and the pitches should be prepared under the ICC’s influence, not the BCCI’s.

This feels unfair and this trophy will never give me the same satisfaction as the ones we won in 2024, 2025 or earlier.
