BREAKING: The infamous January 6th insurrectionist who viciously assaulted police officers with a hockey stick is sentenced to three years in prison for his part in the deadly riot — enraging MAGA world.

But it gets even better...

Court documents reveal that Michael Joseph Foy traveled from Michigan to attend the so-called "Stop the Steal" rally which eventually snowballed into the Capitol riot.

He showed up with an American flag around his shoulders — ironic since he's a traitor who attacked our democracy — as well as a "Trump 2020" flag attached to the hockey stick that he wielded as a weapon.

Additionally, he picked up a sharp metal pole during the siege and "threw it over the head of rioters into the body of a police officer" which knocked the officer down. Foy then attacked the police with his hockey stick.

Footage from the insurrection plainly shows Foy swinging the hockey stick and striking officers at least eleven times in sixteen seconds, including an officer who was already injured on the ground.

He shout ed"let's go" to the other insurrections after attacking the police, clearly trying to escalate the violence.

Judge Tanya Chutkan has sentenced him to 40 months in prison as well as two years of supervised release.
