For many families on Lagos Island the cost of school fees, books, uniforms and other necessities is a daily concern. Yet parents continue to make sacrifices because they believe their children deserve a brighter future.
This is why the Back to School Programme with Hon. Lara Oyekan-Olumegbon matters. Leadership must go beyond promises to touching lives, easing burdens and investing in the next generation.
And guess what? We are going beyond school supplies, we are introducing our children to financial inclusion and financial literacy, giving them access to bank accounts, ATM cards and an opportunity to own a share of the Dangote Refinery IPO. We are not just preparing them for school, we are helping them prepare for financial independence and a future of possibilities.
In just 2 days, we return bigger and better reaching more families and putting smiles on the faces of many children.
When the people matter, their struggles matter. When their children thrive, our future is brighter
@OriyomiOflagos This is next level leadership that doesn't just relieve today's burdens but builds tomorrow's wealth. Friday cannot come soon enough.

Impactful leadership is felt, not just heard.
Easing the burden of school fees, books and uniforms for families on Lagos Island while investing in financial literacy, inclusion and future ownership is true empowerment.
Beyond school supplies - teaching financial independence and giving children a stake in their future. This is how you build a brighter tomorrow.
Well done Hon. Lara Oyekan-Olumegbon.

This afternoon I was at Nasrul-Lahi-L-Fatih Society, NASFAT, Olodo branch with our gubernatorial candidate, Sen Sharafadeen Alli, his running mate, Hon Soji Adedeji and Hon Yemi Bernard, our Egbeda State House of Assembly Candidate. We got total endorsement as they were thrilled about the candidacy of our candidates.

Lagos-Calabar Coastal Highway Project: Financing structure:
FG not Tinubu’s Lagos–Calabar Coastal Highway: Money follows progress, not promises:
1: Under the EPC+F funding model, foreign banks release financing in line with project implementation and agreed conditions.
2: while the Federal Government provides its 30% contribution and external lenders finance the remaining 70%.
3: This creates an incentive to demonstrate progress on the ground.
4: Beneficiaries:
-(a): Every construction milestone means work for engineers, artisans, equipment operators, truck drivers, suppliers and other local businesses.
-(b): As construction advances, economic opportunities can spread across the project corridor.
5: bigger picture: infrastructure financing tied to delivery, with the potential to create jobs and stimulate business activity.
6: More money for indirect jobs sector @BarrNweze86109@AbiodunEssiet@FrancisNwaze1@YeriTheSGF@iam__temmyyy@DejiAcre@CityBoyMedia@gbengagiwa_gg@FMWNIG@papichulo4224@Ifueko_Ify@InyangUforo@NazyInyass@theaniserepeter@InyaliPeter
Dear Haleemah,
I could remember when you were born, it was as if the sun rose in our home, and the kind of happiness that rented the air that time was exclusively legendary.
My sunshine, my daughter, my yesterday, today and tomorrow, am so grateful you are my daughter, and this honour, I will never take it for granted.
I could remember when you grabbed life with that tiny hands of yours, and now you’ve grown into a strong progressive young lady.
Even if i had nothing else, being your DADDY would be enough because you are my greatest treasure.
MAMA, looking at you reminds me how meaningful life is, and I want you to know that you are the most precious gift entrusted to me and your mum.
Every year we spend together is a blessing and no amount of gifts or words could ever be enough, but know this — I love you more than anything in the world.
May your path always be bright, and may your new age bring you beautiful dreams, good people, and joyful days.
Here is wishing you many joyful years ahead and May God protect your smile and keep you safe from harm.
I LOVE YOU OLUWADEMILADE MI OWON.

Your DADDY
From my garden.🥰 I found this beautiful plant growing inside one of my flowerpots. I don’t know if it’s a weed or a flower, but whatever it is, I love it!
One skill can open the door to a lifetime of opportunities.
I joined 200 young Nigerians at the grand finale of a vocational training programme facilitated by the Federal Government through the National Poverty Reduction with Growth Strategy (NPRGS), under the Office of Dr. Abiola Arogundade @OSSAPTVEEng , Senior Special Assistant to President Bola Ahmed Tinubu @officialABAT on Technical, Vocational and Entrepreneurship Education (OSSAP-TVEE).
In just two weeks, the participants acquired skills in Graphic Design and Artificial Intelligence (AI), Makeup Artistry, and Fashion Design. Each graduate received a start-up kit, while 500 tablets were distributed to support digital access and learning.
I commend Dr. Abiola Arogundade and the Federal Government for this investment in our young people. Every young person deserves the opportunity to turn their skills into sustainable livelihoods. Youth empowerment will be a priority under my administration.
I was pleased to attend alongside Senator Yunus Abiodun Akintunde, APC Campaign Director-General, Barr. Yemi Aderibigbe, and other APC leaders and distinguished guests.
Oyo AHEAD, creating opportunities for our youth.
One Skill, One Young Person, One Opportunity at a Time.
