@englandcricket It makes me laugh, this set up really don’t learn from their mistakes. They watch Neser and Henry type bowlers bowl, and think yeah fu*k accuracy, let’s keep going high pace. Them still selecting Bashir as front line spinner should’ve been the end of them before this. Clueless.
@NoContextCounty Best seamer Robinson, who I know has been injured this test. Best spinner Leach. Best keeper behind the stumps, which is Foakes, but he’s injured so it will be Smith. Sam Hain to bat at 3. It’s not a complicated game when selecting on merit.
@TheBarmyArmy Feel for Rew cost the team a lot of runs with his drops. He’s got potential with the bat. Thought he was unlucky with that LBW, it kept low. Shouldn’t be playing as keeper just yet. That’s surely on the selectors not seeing that beforehand though? Not him.
@kieren_rees@englandcricket Hope he does, very talented. Needs to sort out getting bowled when the balls nipping as well though. Watched Brook castle him all ends up a couple of weeks a go.
@TheBarmyArmy Can the team not go back to picking the best opening bowler available, best keeper and spinner. It’s not really difficult. Being all about pace and bits and piece players is stupid.
@TheBarmyArmy Good early signs from him. Looks to have a very good temperament. The tougher challenges will come now though. Looked uncomfortable with that short ball.
