A legend of the game, Keegan led Fulham to the Football League Second Division title in 1999.

He left Craven Cottage at the end of that season to focus on his duties as England manager.

So much of this is correct with respect to layers of consciousness (also called 'dimensions') and how consciousness gravitates to its own frequency generated by its mental and emotional state. But this is only one reality within infinite reality.
What's missing is that these 'layers', including human 'material' energetic density, are part of a multi-dimensional simulation or Matrix in which perception is systematically programmed and captured to ensure its frequency stays within this Matrix and is subjected to an endless cycle of ‘reincarnation’ – the so-called ‘Wheel of Samsara’ – which is a carefully created and administered entrapment overseen by the ‘God’ (actually 'gods') worshipped through religion.
People are worshipping their prison warders in other words and there IS judgement - self-judgement – and the programmed perception that reincarnation is about 'learning lessons' when it is just a trap so the gods can go on feeding off the mental and emotional energy of their captives. Crazy, right? If only.
