@virginmedia VM/O2 account locked for security reasons. Spoke with someone on chat who requested it be unlocked within 5 days. This never happened. Called and asked again for my account to be unlocked. Again told this would be done. Hasn’t. Can this be escalated? I need access.

Representative also closed the chat without giving reason as to why I am not entitled to a refund, and before I could download transcript. Very disappointed with service from AirNZ.

@FlyAirNZ 20/01/25 flight BNE-WLG cancelled. Auto re-booked on flight 21/01/25, not suitable. NZ consumer protection law and ticket T&Cs state we are entitled to refund as this cancellation is the fault of AirNZ. Why are customer support saying we are not entitled to refund?
