Have 2 'elite ' regions and try and play in English Premiership

Have 2 'development ' Regions and play in current league where no relegation

Sort the premiership out to be more of a pathway and offer a loan system for players to move between the regions.

@brownybiglip All comes down to player base..its tough to get a squad out every week atm and especially front Row... as without props then cant play. Change in culture and rugby isn't a priority anymore.

@g6nzo @DeanFit30088420 Had 3 Permits yesterday to fill gaps in the team inc a tighthead. Player numbers a nightmare across the board atm.
Got 2 good youth boys doing 'pre season' in the met to decide which side they go into and not playing club rugby on a sat 🤷‍♂️.

@DeanjlFitz Issue is gonna be the infrastructure and facilities. I'm all for it and he a much better spectacle as a summer game. Problem i think will be further down the pyramid with rock hard pitches, uneven surfaces, ground share arrangements with cricket etc
