It's about giving gamers a voice and a choice. They spoke and we listened. To suggest this was only ever about body types is completely twisting the narrative; we have taken direct feedback from our community on combat, player movement, world design, enemies, bosses, weapons (adding both a scythe and katana), executions, QOL, UI, etc etc etc.
It's posts like this that drag us back into the culture war day after day, when we simply want to make a great game that soulslike players will love. Perhaps comment on our monthly dev video series instead of dragging singular tweets back up from early 2025.
@orbalology I know I’m in the minority on this one, but unless a copy falls into my hands, I’m pretty sure I’ll be playing something else. Trails in the Sky 2nd Ch, The Blood of Dawnwalker, Valor Mortis, FF Resonance are just the ones I’ve already pre-ordered. I’ll have my hands full.
@Wokenessisevil@Grummz VG companies have their customers by the balls and they know it. People can scream at Valve, Rockstar, Sony, Nintendo, etc., but those same people have been conditioned to buy and then feel good about it.
@RinoTheBouncer Maybe I’ll be wrong, but I have the feeling people will be returning to GTA 5 once the nouveauté wears off from GTA 6 — pretty much as happened with Mario Kart World. Hopefully I’m wrong, but GTA 6 has yet to prove it has soul.
GIVEAWAY: Win any game of your choice (Incl. GTA6, WOLVERINE..etc) and I will cover it for 1 WINNER🚀

@Vara_Dark Sony has made one wrong decision after another, so I don’t really care when studios get shut down and devs get fired. What I do care about is that we as players end up paying the price 💵 for Sony’s fuck-ups.
@gothicthegame The Baal Lukor not-dying bug hit me tonight. I’m on PS5, so the hotfix wasn’t available yet. I attacked him before the cutscene in the mural room, let him heal a bit, and managed to kill him that way.
Even with some bugs here and there, games like this are why I love video games.
@TheAnnaji@gothicthegame I haven’t been able to put it down. It’s one of those games in which you start walking and then get lost exploring and end up doing something totally different from what you had planned at first. Extremely rewarding and fun.
@RinoTheBouncer The Blood of Dawnwalker (already preordered) and Onimusha: Way of the Sword, for me. I enjoyed Control, but this sequel hasn’t convinced me yet. With the avalanche of games coming, I’m not going to buy anything unless I’m absolutely hyped for it.
@RinoTheBouncer Of course I do. I know which games I’ll enjoy, and I like supporting the devs who make them. That said, I don’t buy fake physical media, so there are some games I would’ve preordered that I end up skipping. Sometimes I still make mistakes, though (like Blades of Fire).
