JUST GOT OFF THE PHONE WITH SOMEONE FROM RECORDS AT ZUMBRO VALLEY HEALTH CENTER, THEY HAVE DISCARDED MY ENTIRE FILE. MINNESOTA LAW ONLY REQUIRES THEM TO KEEP RECORDS FOR 7 YEARS. HOW CONVENIENT FOR THEM! I STILL HAVE PLENTY OF INCRIMINATING EVIDENCE.

I am suspecting retaliation for filing legitimate complaints against Zumbro Valley Health Center, Mayo Clinic, Olmsted Medical Center, Minneapolis Heart Institute and Noran Neurological Clinic. My neighbors seem to have issues with me for my complaints.
