@LNRailway 16.33 from Euston Full and standing. Is there a density of people at which you consider this dangerous? What if there was some kind of medical emergency or accident? Or are you taking the approach that if it’s really full humans will act as a crumple zone?

@LNRailway It’s not advertised as pick up anywhere at EUS and we had to drag the information out off customer services on the platform. I think we disagree on the wording as to the management style - your trying to trick regular commuters into not getting the train - still full and standing

@LNRailway your company has deceitfully removed WFJ as a stop on the 16.33 from EUS because the train only has 4 carriages. I’ve been informed that it is “pick up only” at WFJ so have got on in order to get off there. I hope I don’t end up in Kings Langley.

Despite the deception the train is still full and standing. Elderly and infirm are having to stand.

Also, I was lied to by a customer representative on the concourse that the train doesn’t stop at WFJ and hasn’t done so. Having told him I get the train regularly he stuck to his story. Your service is horrendous. Is anything being doen to rectify the problems?
