@david_jgpeoples Kyle Chandler is the least of my reasons for not liking this trailer. Something about the whole vibe of this show, based on this trailer, doesn't do it for me.
@comicsand_ There a version of supergirl in the early 90s that was a shapeshifter called matrix that took supergirls form. She was created by a pocket universe version of Lex.
@ScarifPodcast@camray The book read like a technical manual too often. Seeing all the things Mark had to come up with to survive on screen worked way better than having the science explained to you in black and white.
@notgaetti And yes, I realize WAR attempts to account for this, but WAR is not the only metric, and not the catch all it tries to be. It should be considered but shouldn't be relied on too heavily either.
@notgaetti Mauer deserves it, especially after having been primarily a catcher. But Will is one of those guys you assume is already there and are shocked when you remember he's not. But when you really think about it, the types of numbers for considering a first baseman are different
@comicsand_@JohnHays I am a fan of Gunn as a filmmaker and I really liked his Superman. Why he says shit like this I have no idea. I hope he sees your post. I've never heard anyone from St. Louis or anywhere in Missouri or Kansas sound like what i think hes alluding to.
@Red5Reading "Can you fall and get up again without crying and mount again and fall again and yet not be afraid of falling?" Favorite moment is realizing Aslan had been guiding them the entire story. The quote itself is too long to type here. Reading it when I was younger had a big impact.
