@NBBCouncil@WDMLTD_ Why do I have your contractors loudly banging and crashing on the property next door (a council property), to the point it sounds and feels like they’re coming through into our house. I have a fiancée who is currently in bed ill, we don’t need this!
@YodelOnline Hi, your driver is now two hours late for delivery a @HelloFreshUK box to my address (addressed to my fiancée). It’s been saying 7 deliveries before ours since 11:30, it should have been here between 09:59 and 11:59, it’s now gone 14:00, where is it?
Hi WD, an answer would be nice, I’ve tried rebooting it and the router, I’ve tried a different cable, the light is flashing more quickly now. Please get back to me, I have important memories on it.
@WesternDigiCare hi, I have a MyCloud Home, the light on the drive has started slowly blinking and won’t let me back up access what’s on it from my devices, I need to back up a few pictures from my iPad before deleting them.
@thecollator@SandraWeeden How about just letting the old codger rest up in an OAP’s home and passing his responsibilities onto someone else, that’s what’s best for him.
@tprstly For long journeys to on routes I know is because it gets me out of having to be in nose to tail traffic on my normal route and allows me to learn alternative routes. After a few times of travelling on a particular route, I can usually memorise it.
@tprstly I always use Waze while driving to locations I’ve never been before or while on long journeys. My reasoning is because my ability to navigate to places I’ve never been or following instructions given to me prior to the journey is utter dog shite.
@lomax61 @1984_RebElle @thecollator Maybe, I love a high powered cars and love the idea of a super car but none of them really take my fancy. Maybe a GT car such as an Aston Martin or a hot hatch maybe?
@lomax61@thecollator My first Fiesta was the shape of the Zetec S, although it was a 5 door with a 1.3 engine, I think Ford had dug up from the 70s. Oh and I bought it with 5 spoke aftermarket allows, which dud their job but really didn’t suit the car.
@thecollator@lomax61@MightyLeeds64@bolderston_mark Under Vauxhall guise, yes, the Omega replaced the Carlton & the Senator, but the Opel badges Carlton was given the Omega badge, before Vauxhall started using it. It was the same with the Nova, the Opel badged ones were called Corsa’s, before Vauxhall started using it.
@lomax61@thecollator@MightyLeeds64@bolderston_mark And you have the whole Vauxhall/Opel thing, Astra/Kadett, Nova/Corsa, Carlton/Omega (which included the Lotus version), Cavalier/Vectra/Ascona - some of these were also sold in GM’s other markets under the Holden/Chevrolet/Saturn/Buick brands and sometimes had different names.
@thecollator@MightyLeeds64@bolderston_mark To be fair, they are basically different body shapes of the same car. The Maestro being the hatchback and the Montego being the saloon or estate version. A lot of manufacturers had similar naming conventions in the 80’s. Ford & Vauxhall being no exception.
