Not only that, but they make it clear from the beginning that I can't even call them to resolve it. I have to email in order to resolve it (which means that it could take a very long time). Why are you freezing new accounts?

@VenmoSupport Nothing but trouble from Venmo. They froze my account before I even had a chance to use it (I was trying to put a deposit on a puppy). Also have to give them my driver's license to unfreeze it, even though they already have that. The customer support is ineffective.
