Been spending some time with Claude Code. It’s a game-changer BUT will the companies I work for allow it? They are obsessed with IP, complex data regulations, and I guess they’ll only allow devs to use it once they lose all their existing talent.

With many assumptions, this implies a $130M ARR business with $1k+ per dev per yr.
