@Ask_Spectrum We’re currently in an outage but got no notice from Spectrum via the app or via text at all. This is the 2nd outage in about a week, and the last one lasted 3 days! Come on!
@GetSpectrum Not sure I feel comfortable giving all the info here. Is there another way? I can tell you when I login to my spectrum app it tells me there is an outage in my area and they’re working to restore services as soon as possible. But I don’t know if that soon? Or Monday?
