This is extreme protectionism and creates 'it'll all be yours one day' successions.

@wildmanheather Never too soon, can be too late.

Plan on the home farm didn't start soon enough, consider the younger generations work put in from the outset or can be left very exposed - no house, no savings, no outside job.

Saw this in mid 20s and jumped, others don't realise until too late.
