@coach_kevin_m Exactly how I’ve done it in the past, played a tournament with 1 at the back for had the games and 2 for the rest, have switched it during games too so the can experience different shapes

But if you come up against a hoof team they just bypass the mids and get straight on the cb so the need to be strong and athletic
