@JonathanShedler Listening nonjudgmentally for anyone isn’t something that can ever be taught (imo). It can only be experienced by someone & therefore experienced by the person they are in relation to. This isn’t something specific to a therapist. It’s the ideal in any relationship.
@EricLDaugh This us vs. they thing is so insanely ridiculous . Fact that 2 adults are sitting down together and entertaining this and fact that we are commenting and taking sides as if we don’t all have nuanced views on various subjects is the epitome of the ‘problem’ here.
@MrCleveland_216 Seems like a lifetime ago. My dad took me and a long time friend to the game who I am still close with. Seats had obstructed view of ten yards of course!
