Now mid and south Essex NHS trust has been rated inadequate by CQC, ranked in the bottom 10% of trusts, last in trusts of comparable size as well as East of England Ambulance service ranking dead last.

Southend health services are clearly failing.

But it is acknowledgment that Labour's policy to remove themand increase charges - opposed by @tonycoxreform and I was poorly thought out and hurt businesses.
