This Tory government; not enough money for a Children's Hospital in the East of England yet ยฃ203 million to Tory Baroness Mone for substandard PPE and ยฃ36 billion on a Test & Trace program that had no effect.

Just to show how out of touch the Tories are - at a time when the not just the poorest but normal working people are getting ready to cut back on heating their homes this winter and food banks have record numbers, Tories are cutting taxes for the rich.
It's actually sickening.
In other words, if you're in the lowest tax bracket and struggling to make ends meet, you'll get a 1% tax cut. If you're rich enough to be in the top tax bracket, you'll get a 5% tax cut.
The Tories are stealing from the poor to give to the rich.

I'm completely unsurprised that Stagecoach are planning to make our awful bus 'service' even more awful, but here we are. Short of the CPCA franchising our public transport, I fear the best we can do is sign this petition!

Monarchist or republican, I think we've lost an amazing woman and a dedicated public servant. We can remember her wartime service or her lifetime of public duty and I'm sure we can all respect her.
She's all I've ever known and I feel bereaved. My thoughts go to her family.
@FluffintheBord1 @FanetSarah To be honest, I don't really know much about the Party's position on Scotland seceding. I'm English and I get no say either way so it's not the top of my agenda but I agree personally that the relationship between home nations needs to be looked at.
@FluffintheBord1 @FanetSarah I don't really think you can say we're not a party of Rejoin when we have it as policy because it's a long term ambition. Fact is, the UK has a number of other pressing issues including constitutional reform and our electoral system which we need to sort before asking to rejoin.
@FluffintheBord1 @FanetSarah Yes, according to party policy and membership.
From Policy Paper 144 "Rebuilding Trade and
Cooperation with Europe", from earlier this year which in a nutshell says we should rejoin SM and have as close a relationship with the EU as we can until we can rejoin.
@td_dawson@UKLabour Do you live in an area where tactical voting is important? If not, the Lib Dems actively want to rejoin the EU*.
*the UK may need to get it's shit together before the EU let us back in.

Just a reminder that Labour is not interested in rejoining the EU. If the problem is fundamentally Brexit, no 5 point plan, 10 point plan or 100 point plan is going to be better than undoing it.
Rejoining the EU is an explicit, long term Lib Dem goal.
