I think I found out where their number is coming from. It is in India where 80% of donors are women and 80% of recipients are men. Since they are pretending to be in the US they should have looked up American numbers before they spewed their idiotic nonsense. Of course that is all they ever post so why change now!

And this chart is from statistica There are more women who donate organs than men but to claim it is 80/20 is laughable. Another factor which is mentioned in the AHA/ASA journal is that women are far more likely to refuse the organ donations of their husbands. Which reduces the number of men being used as donors.

I notice you ignored the XXY and XXX that I included as examples. If you have a Y you are a male. Not testing is how people like Imane Khelif get told from birth that they are a female when they are a male with androgen insensitivity. Had they done genetic testing at birth the doctors mistake could have been caught. But Imane Khelif is male and always has been. Unless you are in the same situation you also know what sex you are, you are just not wanting to admit it.
