Grand National day. For those of us that live and breathe the game, this day can be an emotional rollercoaster. Excitement, worry, elation, frustration, relief. In amongst all of it, don't forget one key truth. After the naysayers fire their arrows at our sport in the pursuit of cheap publicity, by tomorrow morning most of them will have moved onto something else until next year. We'll still be here, feeding, caring for and loving our horses and our sport. Take a breath, don't let it wind you up. We've got this. #StandUpForRacing
