So one time this one bully shoved a woman on the ground, and another guy went over to help her up, so this bully and a half dozen of his friends beat him to the ground and shot him execution style, firing 10 bullets into him.

"THE BIRD IS THE WORD"
June 28, 1976
A national television audience catches its first glimpse of the Detroit #Tigers' quirky, enigmatic rookie pitching phenom — Mark "The Bird" Fidrych.
The American League's eventual 1976 Rookie of the Year, Fidrych scatters seven hits en route to a 5-1 complete-game victory over the Yankees on ABC's "Monday Night Baseball" from Tiger Stadium.
"The Bird" runs his record to a gaudy 8-1 with an sparkling 2.05 ERA.
He would be tabbed as the AL's starting pitcher for the All-Star Game two weeks later — only the second rookie ever to earn that honor.

1. I didn't want to talk about this today. I had planned on writing a very clever and highly nuanced commentary on American patriarchy. But the man who runs the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services, which oversees the Affordable Care Act, forced my hand.
I don't want his face on my passport.
I don't want his face anywhere, not even on his head.
Possible exception being urinal cakes in every public restroom.
🚨MAJOR BREAKING: Epstein survivors just announced they will release their own list of names.
“We know who abused us. We saw who came and went. This list will be survivor-led-for survivors.”
Let’s make this go viral ☝️
Hey @jaredpolis
It's shocking we have to explain this to you, but here goes.
Tina Peters is one of the ONLY criminals who was held accountable for her crimes involving a coordinated effort to overturn the results of a free and fair election in 2020.
She was convicted of:
- Attempting to influence a public servant
-Conspiracy to commit criminal impersonation
-First-degree official misconduct
-Violation of duty
- Failure to comply with the secretary of state.
She showed no remorse at her trial, and was indignant when arrested.
She, like every other TRAITOR to American democracy involved in Trump's Big Lie, thinks she's above the law. And apparently you're considering justifying that belief by granting her clemency.
If you asked the average American who witnessed January 6th, or any American who understands that Tina Peters used her position as county clerk to knowingly and willingly cheat the will of the people, most Americans would tell you that Tina Peters should rot in prison for life.
But at the minimum, she should serve her full 9-year sentence without parole, and she sure as hell should not be given clemency.
Least not by a democratically elected governor of the party she TRIED TO CHEAT.
Hope that clears it up for you.

I am following with deep concern what is happening in the Middle East and in Iran during this tumultuous time. Stability and peace are not achieved through mutual threats, nor through the use of weapons, which sow destruction, suffering, and death, but only through reasonable, sincere, and responsible dialogue.
