@ImTayMerica Some states are allowing illegals to obtain drivers licenses so just having a license will not be enough. So, some states are requiring two forms of ID, a drivers license and passport or birth certificate, or military ID.

That is the fundamental question.

Why did the federal judiciary turn a blind eye to the importation of millions of illegals, but now is apoplectic over any action to remove them?

How is this anything other than extremely partisan politics masquerading as jurisprudence?

@TrumpRealDaily Why not require ID to vote? I have to show my ID for lots of things, including picking up prescriptions, buying alcohol, etc. Voting is a big deal, and asking for an ID is not unreasonable.
