I decided I’d try my hand at Texas-ish style brisket today. Got up at 4am and had the smoker rolling by 4:45am with meat on. The first slice was served at 7:45pm. I learned a lot of lessons here, but it was a good first start. Any tips out there?

@fabian70813 The missile tubes say “inert”. They’re for show/training. Also, if those were live missiles you wouldn’t be able to get within 300’. Operational PATRIOT batteries are guarded by several layers of security so you also wouldn’t be there filming.
