Just watched @MissionFilm at @cineworld Birmingham Broad Street, Screen 11. Great film, terrible screen. The sound was totally off - the bass lacked & the music mix was quieter than everything else. I told staff twice and nothing was done, fixed or compensated. Very disappointed

@chrismcquarrie Then you add in @eddiehamilton’s lovely editing touches (those great contrasting shots for “Truth is Vanishing; War is Coming”). The whole scene is stunningly crafted, it harkened back to the similarly perfect multi-character handling during Maverick’s introductory bar scene 👏

Just left my third #MI7 screening. It’s just absolutely fantastic. And OBVIOUSLY the stunts and action deserve all the press they’re getting. But for me one of the most underrated scenes is the party at the Doges Palace. The level of filmmaking on show is incredible…
