TATA Ariana BBSR AOA is illegally barring many allottees from the AGBM by citing fictitious CAM dues claimed by the builder, even though the AOA has not taken handover nor issued any bills.

@bpradhanodisha OC needs to be for whole complex or individual building before builder can handover to allottee? Many builders just get the OC for individual tower and handover to allottee but don't not complete the common area or misuse the common area and still keep charging CAM fee to owners
