@adamfare1996 I think this is what the gov't don't realise - I fought so hard to stay in work, it took me a long time to realiseI couldn't go on like that. I did some voluntary work during the pandemic, and even a couple of hours nearly ended me. I would *love* to work. 😢

Done a great support session with a Client and they said it shows that @NELFT care about their patients! A good PEER SUPOORT WORKER session improves patients self esteem and confidence!

Today I saw a client,Although it didn't go as expected,The "outreach Peer Support" was given and it shows that the team are working with the client and having that "Person Centered Care"

Today I done a visit supporting a client to a "Community Farm" It went very well in this hot weather 🌞🔆 The client enjoyed it and thus improved his mood and him being able to access the community more! #PeerSupportWorker #NHS @NELFT
