Having so many issues with @tsohost & their new cPanel hosting :-(.
Been with them for years, but thought i'd give their cPanel hosting a try.
Unfortunately NO Auto backups, NO Auto Let's Encrypt SSL certificates, fundamentals right?

@Parcel2Go Infuriating! You've closed the claim AGAIN. Hermes have very clearly damaged the item. The item is covered by parcel protection, and is NOT a 'no-protection' item. It's made of plastic! Why am i having this battle over an obvious claim.... #badcustomerservice #parcel2go #hermes

My god why is it so hard to claim compensation for broken items @Hermesparcels & @Parcel2Go!
1st they don't accept my evidence then they claim my PLASTIC tray is made of porcelain & therefore not covered by insurance!
INFURIATING!!
I shouldn't have to have this battle EVERY TIME.

You'd think @Hermesparcels would take a little care with parcels that have the words FRAGILE written across them in large red writing.
Instead, ANOTHER one of my parcels is damaged.

Parcels left outside my front door all day on 9th & 10th April for collection. Bookings for both days, yet they didn't show and i get a failed collection email! No issues normally!
I've got another booked for today, so i hope they show up...

A parcel i sent was noted as 'delivered' with signature, yet CCTV shows it wasn't.
Numerous emails to @Parcel2Go yet @Hermesparcels still claim 'delivered'. Last contacted P2G 2weeks ago, and they promised a reply - no reply to date...
