9 months of paying for super fast broadband and a home phone which were not activated at the time of installation and @virginmedia don’t think we are owed a refund or any compensation. Disgusting customer service.
@virginmedia We are out of contract now and not bothered that we paid 9 months for a speed we didn’t get, or phone that could have been connected. Customer service just wanted to up sell a more expensive package.
@virginmedia A 2nd engineer came out 9 months after sign up to fix fault and told me that the super fast speed hadn’t even been activated. He was also able to sort the phone despite previous engineer stating our cable was damaged so couldn’t connect us. Customer service not interested
