@blueprintsmb22@SBAdealCloser@Notrabm@EndresenHeather@SBA_Matthias PG never really bothered me. I've always had enough in reserve to prevent it from ever happening. Why did you choose to pay off early if you could have always prevented the PG with the PAL if necessary?
@blueprintsmb22@SBAdealCloser@Notrabm@EndresenHeather@SBA_Matthias SBA closed in 2017, acquisition in 2022 so might be different underwriting team on the SBA side. I think you're assumption is correct. I've found Meridian to be very easy to work with so still a little surprised they made your spouse sign.
@jjacobs22 Future digital founders will have no moat. The cost of software development will drop to near zero. SaaS companies will collapse as AI will be able to provide customized solutions for each user.
@paulswaney3 Chester has its issues but there are similar studies for all W2E combustion facilities in the US. I believe you can do it safely but itβs not economically viable.
From experience I know that landfilling plastics is cheaper, safer, and more environmental friendly than W2E.
@paulswaney3 You sure about that?
In Philadelphia, the neighborhoods adjacent to the W2E facility with amine scrubbers have asthma rates 4x the general population.
@paulswaney3 Those results were in controlled studies where optimal conditions for bacterial degradation. They don't represent real world scenarios.
Combustion (W2E) of plastics also releases other dangerous compounds dioxins, furans, PBCs and PAHs, etc....
@paulswaney3 Plastics can remain in landfills for up to 1,000 years before degrading.
If the landfill has gas capture it's still better than W2E w/scrubber from a GHG perspective.
Don't get me started on composting...
@IAmClintMurphy@stevemagness You canβt just walk into any polling place in the country to vote. You can only vote at the designated polling place within the district you are registered in. So, your hypothetical basis for this post wouldnβt be possible in the US. Voter ID requirement or not.
@IAmClintMurphy@stevemagness You keep saying itβs a loophole. Itβs not. You have to register to vote in a specific state and congressional district.
In the act of registering to vote you have to show proof of citizenship and residency within that district.
@tajer_amir@Molson_Hart Not banned in CA. Only state with a land application ban is ME. CA is banning it from landfills along with other organics, which will lead to increased land application in CA.
@duncancampbell@NYCMayor Most WWTP are spaced constrained. Implementing Hydrothermal Carbonization would yield 30% more energy than biogas from sewage. The solid hydrochar product can be shipped to the data center for on-site energy generation via existing infrastructure.
@HMcJeon@anupama_khan Depending on the processed used it could be either CH4 or CO2. Either way, there is a constant flow of renewable biomass. This video does a good job of explaining hydrothermal carbonization (HTC) that captures carbon from the sewage sludge. https://t.co/VffGWtAaFI
