Worst service I’ve ever had at @TheAA_UK reported BD @ 14:30 and sent a patrol van which should have been a Flatbed, 4 hour wait then on arrival told they were only taking me half way, 2nd location and they sent the FB to wrong location, now have to wait until gone midnight!
