139 days since @British_Airways took my bag. Their policy says full refund after 28 days for contents etc., but they have still not coughed up. Instead I get the attached - HOW CAN THEY NOT KNOW THAT THEY HAVE NOT RETURNED MY BAG!!!

113 days since @British_Airways took my luggage. The attached is one of the automatic, bot-generated emails claiming to care - complete b******s from BA. They have zero customer service.
After rapid response asking for details I then get the BA BOT......... "I'm connecting you with an agent who can assist. Please note that the team are very busy and we'll reply as soon as possible" 48 DAYS I HAVE WAITED FOR A RESPONSE
@British_Airways no response to my baggage claim made on 8th Sept. Just followed up via your website. If no response by cop tomorrow, I have no option other than to escalate. @NicholasCadbury @CadburyNicholas Nicholas, help! Bag lost on 10th Aug and zero help from BA...
