Vigorous exercise forces the muscles to produce lactate, which then travels to the brain, triggering the production of key neurotransmitters like serotonin and norepinephrine.
Low levels of norepinephrine and serotonin are linked to anxiety as they hinder our capacity to manage stress, often resulting in a state of learned helplessness.
Analysis of 15 studies found that exercise, particularly vigorous exercise, is effective in alleviating symptoms of anxiety.
As it appears that the passengers of the OceanGate Titan are likely out of oxygen I want to bring up a few important points:
1) Humans are human no matter their wealth. I see a lot of hate towards wealthy people but also a lot less care towards the poor.
2) These people risked their lives for adventure. There is nothing wrong with that. Immigrants risk their lives just to live a normal life, every day yet often are looked down to, however.
3) Every life is as valuable as any other.
4) Hating people because of success is just as bad as hating people because of their lack of success or their differences.
5) Be better
Two completely different takes on the same subject. Worth the listen. Start with #theeconomist then the #jordanharbinger podcast. Then continue to question what is really going on.

“I think we’re seeing the unwinding not of a company but of a person,” @profgalloway says of Elon Musk and Twitter. “I think this is an individual who has demonstrated a total lack of grace, has no guardrails around him, and is going to see his wealth probably cut in half.”
The best diet is the one you'll stick with
The best investment plan is the one you'll stick with
The best exercise routine is the one you'll stick with
Consistency & sustainability are far more important than optimization
Twitter is not so complicated, follow intelligent people, then share their thoughts…and voila. You are smart by association. Maybe someone might follow you.
Back up plan: start a conflict and five more people will follow you. #borrowedideas
