I’m 27 days into launching a ticket and haven’t heard a thing back 🤣 or is leaving consumers in the dark for a month normal?

Really baffling how a minor fix warrants a 2 weeks wait with no response
@BigAntStudios for some reason I’m still left chasing up a ticket I lodged LAST WEEK. No updates, no information, nothing. I’ve seen replies from multiple accounts saying ‘they are being investigated’ but is it best practice to leave your customers in the dark for over a week?
@BigAntStudios Can we please try and prioritise getting back to customers who put in tickets for issues? 7 days and no response or update or anything is absolutely ridiculous.
