When I booked with @Travel_Up my payment 'failed' and ironically when I phoned up the room 'was no longer available' and the price magically went up by ~£450

To get round this con turn WiFi off and use mobile data to book the same room at the original price.. you're welcome :)

The food was cold so people were using the microwaves.

I wouldn't put a dog in the cot that I was given

The kids pool was filthy

The shower didnt work properly, it was like a jet and hurt our young children and also flooded the floor
