@EA my son has had his FUT coins and points removed for selling several players to his other account. We opened a case with you with information to plead but since then we have received another email to state both are now banned from the FUT transfer market. He is 10 years old!!

@virginmedia utter disgrace you are. You give me an option of a time window for an engineer and threaten me with a £25 charge if I'm not in but then on the day you change the time and again threaten me with a charge if I'm not in!!!!

@virginmedia The only emails I've had from Virgin are confirmation of the complaints (yes plural) I have submitted. The reason why there are several complaints is because they get marked as resolved once an engineer has been to my property but the issue is still active!!!
