@TeamYouTube On one of my non-monetized channels, I was surprised to see one of my videos interrupted by mid-roll ads. Is YouTube now placing mid-roll ads in non-YouTube Partner videos — interrupting the videos to run ads w/o earnings to the YouTube Creator?

@Paypal @PayPal4Business 3 hours on the phone with PayPal to resolve what should be a simple issue. Love it when your engineers change something and don't tell Customer Service or merchant Tech Support how to complete what previously had been a simple action. (see part 2)
