@PinnacleSF after two and a half hours on hold your call centre told me to put a jumper on, and that @Ameyplc didnt have any engineers. Someone might ring me over the weekend, but I'm not holding my breath. Armed forces families shouldn't freeze in their homes.

@PinnacleSF I am without heating or hot water for three days. It is -3 tonight and snowing. Your engineer failed to show yesterday and again today. I have been fobbed off once tonight by your call centre and I am into my second hour of being on hold. This isn't good enough.
