I then rebooked on the @parcelforce website fir delivery today. I’ve booked off work again today and now the tracker is saying the parcel is damaged. I’ve had no contact about this. 2 days wasted and lost earning. What’s going on?.....

@parcelforce I watched your driver faff about by his van yesterday while booking the day off of work to wait for the delivery. I decided to go to help him and he’d driven off before I got there. No card left with any neighbours even though I was text to say one was in my door.

@BristolCouncil It started off as correctly sorted rubbish. The collection was missed then as the weeks have gone on random items have been thrown on top or squeezed in by other people. Obviously the residents, myself included, are reluctant to then start shifting through other peoples rubbish
