The weird part is…
I didn’t actually hate trading.
I hated that every day I opened the charts, my mood depended on what price did next.
Green = good day
Red = bad day
That’s not trading.
That’s emotional employment.
I eventually realised the problem wasn’t discipline. It was pressure.
When a trade decides whether you had a “good day” or not, you’re not analysing anymore — you’re coping.
Once the pressure is gone, you start following rules properly for the first time.
