@madebygoogle Nope. I can't send you a DM on the link you shared. It doesn't allow me to DM anyone. It takes me to the resources page and whenever I click"file a claim" it takes me right back to the beginning. It won't allow me to get through to support. Seems deliberate.

@madebygoogle I have tried this link a thousand times. It is a joke. It keeps referring me to help pages and never gets to the step where I can see the contact info and speak to an actual person. Can you please just send me the contact number? This is what @IvisonJ and I are referring to.

@madebygoogle Hi Ryan, I have a fairly new pixel 4a that won't read SIM card. My mobile service provider has changed the SIM and shown that it works in other devices. I have gone through all recommended steps and nothing works. I need phone repaired and need help finding a repaire centre.
