Pupdate on the dog downstairs: Owners are still moving in and haven't been here today. No sign of dog left alone either. Will continue to monitor and if suspected abuse is persistent, local authorities and shelters will be notified with evidence collected.

I'm positive that our new downstairs neighbors abuse their dog. All we hear is bumps and bangs followed by yelps and screams from the dog. Last night was so bad I wanted to cry. There was also a dog fight in our parking lot and we have never had that happen until they moved in 😭

I literally don't know what to do but I hope if I can gather enough evidence, animal control can help get it surrendered. I'll even take it in for them. No dog should have to go through this. It's sick.
