@BigBadBraz A lot of poor individual performances and game management i would say from jones but bringing in quite a few players in (especially on loan) offer us more depth and more drive will definelty boost squad morale. Would expect jonesy already looking at doing so before chelsea game

@BigBadBraz A lot of this season has been individual mistakes, injuries and not being able to switch formation.
We have had many games this season which performance wise we should’ve won:
Leicester, Portsmouth, better team
Millwall, Wrexham many more mistakes
Need the boost of Jan window
